I’m Lisa Rigoni.

I show frustrated parents how to communicate and connect with their kiddos:

(grandparents, carers, and teachers are welcome, too.)

I’m a master at growth mindset, a former teacher, and current mindset coach and consultant.

I’m obsessed with emojis (💃🏻is my fave) and helping as many kids as humanly possible develop a growth mindset.

Ready to start a new chapter with your kiddos?

Get my resource list and find what you need to start leading your child out of their current fixed mindset into one of growth.

Every child deserves a Growth Mindset

And every adult deserves to know how to help them get it.

I won’t go into full detail, but for me, child depression and self-harm stats are more than just numbers on a chart.

I’ve seen first-hand just how important it is for young people to have open communication, connection, support, and trust with an adult in their lives….that no matter what storm is going on inside them, a supportive adult and positive mindset skills can help them overcome it.

And I want that for you and the special kiddos in your life.

So I’m taking everything I’ve learned as an educator, coach, parent, step-parent, and consultant and wrapping it up into this website.

So you can have the communication and connection you need to help your child move into a growth mindset, become more positive, and simply enjoy life more.

You and the child (or children) you care about deserve this.

The 3 things you need to do to help your child develop a Growth Mindset

  • Facilitate the right types of conversations

  • Learn and apply a simple process that opens up communication between the two of you

  • Make communication and understanding a daily practice

And this site exists for just one reason…

To share these principles and skills with YOU so you can finally start communicating with your child, regain your own sanity, and help your child enjoy their life and see success for years to come.

Help guide your child from…

✗ Frustrated and/or disinterested about things

✗ Fearful and unsure

✗ Letting life just happen to them

✗ Negative about most things

✓ Excited about the future

✓ Happy and resilient

✓ In control

✓ Positive thinking

 No Shame Thoughts

(aka: the parents I work with most likely feel this way…)

  • Why is my kid so negative all the time?

  • I’m a bad parent. I should know how to fix this but I don’t.

  • I just don’t know why they’re acting like this. It’s beyond frustrating at this point.

  • At this rate, they’ll never survive adulthood. They need to be more resilient at stuff.

  • Is this behaviour/low self-esteem normal or should I be concerned?

  • Why are they so anxious/disobedient all the time?

Is this you? I want to help.

We’ll start small to make BIG changes like…

Improved behaviour

Increased self-esteem

Positive outlook when things get hard or stressful

Resiliency
